I worked in a B & B for several years .... and had 5 rooms, each with a different theme ... It was fun.
Depends on how many people have cars in your area and then, like other bread and breakfast. It also depends on the advertising.
I met a couple, a bed and breakfast and had had two or three bedrooms.
